I'm Aman Tiwari, an aspiring AI Engineer passionate about creating intelligent systems that solve real-world problems. I specialize in machine learning, deep learning, and NLP, with hands-on experience using frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, and HuggingFace. My projects—such as ResearchPal and Smart PDFs Chat—showcase my skills in RAG architecture, LLM integration, and conversational AI interfaces.

I thrive in dynamic environments where ethical design and innovative applications meet. With a B.Tech in AI & ML from GGSIPU and internships at IBM and IIIT Allahabad, I'm continuously refining my craft and pushing boundaries in Generative AI, prompt engineering, and scalable solutions.

I’ve gained hands-on experience across multiple AI and data science domains through internships and training programs. At IBM SkillsBuild, I worked as an AI Intern, where I developed a conversational chatbot using Streamlit and Keras, and applied NLP techniques for real-world tasks. Prior to that, I completed a Data Analytics Traineeship with IBM, focusing on business insights through statistical analysis and visualization.

At IIIT Allahabad, I trained in data science, enhancing Python-based workflows and building predictive models with XGBoost. Each role sharpened my expertise in Python, ML frameworks, and end-to-end pipeline development—building the foundation for impactful AI systems like ResearchPal and Smart PDFs Chat.

I hold a Bachelor of Technology in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning from Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University, graduating with a CGPA of 8.77. My coursework covered a wide range of topics essential to modern AI systems—including Data Structures & Algorithms, Machine Learning, Deep Learning, NLP, and Database Systems. This strong academic foundation has equipped me with both theoretical insight and practical skills to develop intelligent applications across diverse domains.
