- Monitoring daily work plan for all team members and Conduct review meetings
- Heat Treatment control, Record & Updating, Ensuring Internal Documentation As per Norms & Witnessing of Hardness Testing & Mechanical Tests
- Maintain list of Equipment's, Calibration reports and Periodical Tracking their Timely Calibration
- Implementation of 5s
