- Testing of Product as per IS Standard. (IS 4246, IS 4250, IS 302) and Perform test of new Product.
- Perform the test for Product Testing of Pressure cooker, Gas Stove, Mixer grinder, Induction.
- Validation of N10/N100 New launching Product category.
- Ensure Comliances with approved BOM and QAP.
- Giving approval for SR (Supplier Release) of new product.
- Participation & contribution with R&D team to achieve the target & further improvement, through Standardizing design, Processes & Assembly Practices.
- Making Coordination with suppliers at regular basis for improvement of Quality Standard.
- Lead quality issue resolution through containment, correction and prevention steps(CAPA) & 8- D mathed and check effectiveness of actions.
- Analysis the cause of rejection & taking appropriate action to reduce the percentage.
- To Perform various Electrical/ Mechanical tests on domestic & kitchen appliances, and to ensure that the products adheres to the specifications as defined by customers.
- Analysis the Rejection Data Recived from market and take action to reduce the Copmlaint.
- Vendor Audit and Assessment of vendor performance in Quality Area.
- Supplier Assessment and Re eveulation based on their Performance.
- Validate Poka -Yoke/mistake-proofing systems.
Executve-Supplier QA - TTK Prestige Ltd.

- Identifying CTQ & CTP of different products and giving trainning to different suppliers about them and how to control them during production.
- Daily inspection of Process and pre-dispatch inspection and testing of Product as per IS Standard. (IS 4246, IS 4250, IS 302) and Perform test of new Product.
