- Management and Implementation of Village Development Projects (VDPs) including Agriculture, Horticulture and Livelihood projects.
- Monitoring and Evaluation of all the programs.
- Providing technical support, capacity building training, exposure visits to the farmers to government institutions.
- Providing training to farmers on new farming techniques, organic farming, integrated farming and so on.
- Management and implementation of Watershed projects, model village plan in the rural villages.
- Implemented rural development programmes in collaboration with Gram Panchayats, local government departments, Self Help Groups (SHGs).
- Liaising farmers with government officials and offices such as Agriculture Office, Horticulture Office, ATMA Office, and Krishi Vigyan Kendra and so on.
- Implementing women empowerment projects including skilling and livelihood support to women entrepreneurs through Mushroom Cultivation, Poultry, and Fisheries and so on.
- Providing capacity building training to farmers as well as women entrepreneurs through support of government offices including department of Veterinary, Department of Fisheries and others too.
- Responsible for organizing regular health camps, establishment of E-clinics, virtual doctor consultations as well providing free medicine supports to communities.
- Oversees the planning and implementation of disease control initiatives, conducts awareness campaigns government health department liaising etc…
- Preparation/documentation of financial activities, official records, maintenance of office decorum and discipline for better management of the project.

- Management and Implementation of Agri-extension projects under organizational guidance.
- Monitoring and evaluation of MAPs, cash crops & watershed project.
- Liaising farmers and FIGs with government officials such as Agriculture Office, Horticulture Office, ATMA Office, Krishi Vigyan Kendra, APMC system, Forest Office to provide all sorts of government benefits.
- Providing technical training to farmers on regular basis for their socio-economic development.
- Responsible for planning and implementation of the project throughout the district.
- Preparation/documentation of financial activities, official records, maintenance of office decorum and discipline for better management of the project.
- Formation and implementation of new Self Help Groups (SHGs) and monitoring their works on regular basis.
- Awareness and training sessions for women groups related to social and economic development.
- Monitoring and evaluation of weekly and monthly production report of SHGs.
- Providing constant government financial support to women groups and training on goat farming, tailoring, Bees farming, Fish farm, poultry farming and so on.
- Responsible for market linkages to SHGs/Women groups to sell their products to generate sustainable income sources for poor families through women SHGs.
- Distribution of COVID-19 support kits including food items, PPE kits, ration items etc…
- Coordination with public health care system of the respective district through providing supportive medical kits to hospitals.
- Responsible to provide awareness campaign following government of India COVID-19 guidelines.
- Monitoring and providing regular checkups to poor families in remote villages.
