I coordinate with key stakeholders—such as the editorial team, design team, and external vendors—to ensure a smooth workflow. I make sure that all proofs and final print-ready files are completed and delivered to the printer on time.
I also work closely with the printer to resolve any issues related to plotter proofs or printing errors. Overall, I manage the entire production process to maintain high quality and meet all publishing deadlines.
