- Material Requirement Phase: Requisition is received from sites through estimation department who will prevent procurement of excess quantities as per budget.
- Material Checking Phase: Before purchasing, material is checked by respective project & central godown. Material in stock is forwarded to required site. If not in stock, then purchase new material.
- Implement Quality Systems & Reduce Lead Times: Detailed specification of items required including national & international standard. Exact quantity required by site. Enquiries are sent to approved suppliers. Delivery date & location to be specified in the enquiry. Obtain minimum three quotations.
- Material Management Phase: Comparative is prepared after negotiations are carried out - best rates, discount, GST, transportation, loading, unloading, delivery period, payment terms and warranty of material. The comparative is approved by HOD before placing PO.
- Purchase Order Phase: Prepared purchase order as per approved comparative. Approved purchase order placed to respective suppliers (By Mail/Fax/Hand) same day.
- Material Follow Up: Material follow up as per terms of delivery schedule, as per schedule, as per price validity.
- Monitoring Phase: Indent, RFQ, Comparative, PO, Follow-up, Material Checking, Material Storage/Category, GRN Issue, Inward/Outward Entry, Stock Register, Monthly Stock Report, Reconciliation Report, Payments Follow-up, Payment Allotments, Training New Joiners, Surprise Visit at Site, Strictly Followed Company Policy, No Compromise/Compensate of Material, Rental Material Status, Assets Status, Trust in Honesty/Responsibility, Work done within our Authority/Limitations, No Bypass any Process, Beli
- Raw material accounting with suppliers & sub-contractors (reconciliation of materials).
- Follow-up with A/C Dept. for Suppliers Advance Payment & Final Payment.
- Quality record maintaining all raw materials i.e. Cement, steel, sand, Brick, Aggregate, admixture etc.
