Am Ameer Suhaiel Taj with 7+ years of professional experience and glad to represent myself to your valuable organization. I have graduated Bachelors of Architecture (B.Arch) by 2015 and Seven plus years of extensive work experience.
Am in BIM Coordinator Position for Architecture and structure specialization, placed in the client’s office at Chennai Metro Rail Limited (CMRL) Admin Building in Koyambedu, Chennai.
In Chennai the Phase 2 for metro projects has begun which compromises of 180 stations, am in a contract position to check and review all the GC, DDC drawings and models as well to make sure it aligns with the BIM execution plan and standards respectively.
_Check project coordinates package wise and make sure the model is reviewable.
_Check and Review the station models available in the package according to the site priority.
_Check the Revit families and parameters.
_Check Work sets and collaboration.
_Check Revit Links (2DM,3DM).
_Check Primary, Secondary circulation within the station and checking the entry and exit points of stations as well.
_Check Architectural Finishes and Uniclass parameter's.
_Check viaduct alignment and slope calculation.
_Check pile and pile cap foundation.
_ Assigning discovered geometric collisions to appropriate persons responsible for a given model.
_Grouping and logical naming of collisions for easier identification.
_ View collision reports with relevant project team members.
_ Update collision reports and sending them to the project management.
_ Verifying if the information entered in the model is correct.
_ Verifying if all exported data from the model are complete and accurate.
_ Ensure that the model parameters are compliant with the BEP.
_ Creating solutions to improve the workflow with models.

I Persuaded Architecture in Crescent school of architecture in B.S Abdur Rahman University, Vandalur, Chennai. The Course Consisted of Five academic years which included one year of Internship program, Dissertation and Thesis in the final year.
