My first job was F&B ASSOCIATE in kitchen. The name of the hotel is Shangri-la group of hotels. My duties & responsibilities was to report on multiple shift on a day rotationally. Preparing the station for line cooks with arrangements of equipment and food ingredients prior operation to service for events.
Receiving raw materials and food items from receiving area and placing them in their respective storing areas.
