- OUTBOUND, Daily Operation at D.C., Managing Manpower For Complete Operation Timely in same day.
- Ensure to proper planning of workers according to appointment of Outbound (Dispatch) planning.
- Manage day-to-day operations–Ensure to pre-Dispatch, Dispatch process in place for Optimal and Operational Efficiency of the processes.
- Manage the process efficiency as per SOP laid down by company.
- Ensure Dispatch docks are available to the carriers for loading of the merchandise and schedule them as per the carrier schedules.
- Monitor entire DC operation. / Dispatch Material material/Handling material/conducting the bar coding and material stacking for goods in the warehouse as per norms/Daily Outbound Operation report.
- Monitoring Right house keeping of Outbound Area Monitor for functioning of inbound activities.
- Bring if any incident / discrepancy immediately to the notice H.O. D.
- Coordinating Activities with the Accountability for Strategic utilization of available resources to achieve organizational objectives.
- Ensure safety norms are followed stringently during the receiving and put away operations of merchandise to minimize the accidents.
- Initiates process improvement plans for increasing the efficiency of receiving process.
