Over 20+ years architecting enterprise data and cloud platforms, my focus in recent years has narrowed to one problem: taking GenAI from experimentation to governed, scalable production. Most recently, that meant optimizing a Snowflake Cortex semantic layer to cut query cost by ~$0.048/request — a model that scales to ~$480K in annual savings across multi-market deployments.
