I am having 16 years of experience in Planning, Scheduling & Monitoring of EPC (FEED, Detail Engineering, TA Engineering Projects, MOD Projects), EPCM Projects in workshare environment, the field of Oil & Gas. Major area of expertise is in Planning & Scheduling activities which include preparation & monitoring of detailed project schedule for Portfolio projects, WBS/CBS finalization, Progress monitoring, analyse schedule and cost, preparation of Variance reports.
