In my role within Research & Development, I spearheaded the comprehensive development of a groundbreaking food product: the Millet Energy Bar. This endeavor involved a meticulous journey from inception to fruition. Beginning with the formulation of the recipe, I conducted thorough chemical and microbial analyses to ensure the product's safety and quality met stringent standards.
Delving into shelf-life analysis, I meticulously assessed the bar's stability and durability over time, optimizing its longevity without compromising taste or nutrition. Moreover, I meticulously designed its packaging and labeling in strict adherence to FSSAI regulations, ensuring full compliance and consumer transparency. This holistic approach underscores my commitment to innovation, quality, and regulatory integrity within the realm of food research and development.
I completed my B.Tech in Agricultural Engineering with a major in Processing and Food Engineering. Throughout my studies, I delved deeply into subjects that encompass the entire spectrum of agricultural produce processing and food engineering principles. I gained expertise in areas such as food preservation, food processing technologies, post-harvest technology, and value addition of agricultural products.
My coursework included rigorous training in both theoretical concepts and practical applications, enabling me to understand and innovate in the field of food engineering. This comprehensive education has equipped me with the skills and knowledge necessary to address the challenges in the agricultural and food processing industries.
