In this role, I managed a team of over 35 designers for a solar rooftop design project, handled client interactions, conducted weekly meetings and project discussions, allocated resources based on skills and project requirements, facilitated cross-functional collaboration, monitored attrition, and focused on employee training. Also ensured process improvement by following up with Team Leaders and Quality Auditors.
Prior to this, served as a Team Leader at Pacific BPO in Noida from July 2017 to Aug 2021 and as an AR Caller at Dell International in Noida from Jan 2015 to Dec 2016. In these roles, I managed a team of over 20 AR callers in physician and hospital billing, conducted team meetings and process training, monitored team production and quality, communicated team performance data to upper management, handled client calls and emails, made outbound calls to insurance companies, managed denial follow-ups, utilized different payer websites, engaged in B2B collections, and reviewed correspondence and Explanation of Benefits (EOB). Also gained experience in creating process pathways.
