I'm a counselling psychologist based in Delhi, currently splitting my time between a counselling centre and a private practice. My caseload has covered psychosis and schizophrenia management, substance use rehabilitation, and school mental health, and my postgraduate research looked at psychopathy, impulsivity and substance use in auto-rickshaw drivers. I'm looking to move into a hospital, rehabilitation, or NGO-based role where I can focus more fully on severe mental illness and rehabilitation work.

• Carry a caseload of children, adolescents and adults, conducting assessments, Mental Status Examinations and behavioural observation for each.
• Build individualized intervention plans based on presenting emotional, behavioural and psychological concerns.
• Deliver school mental health sessions, psychoeducation workshops and parent guidance meetings at CCS Vidya Mandir and Ovis Live Coaching Centre.
• Write up psychological reports and treatment plans, and keep case documentation current for ongoing cases.

Consulting Psychologist (Part-Time) - Arunya Mental Health - Delhi

Concurrent with NTG PsyCare Counselling Centre

• Handle patient-based consulting for 2–3 clients a day, mostly on referral from NTG PsyCare, coordinating care between both centres.
• Support rehabilitation for clients with schizophrenia, anxiety and bipolar/mania — including medication adherence support, daily mindfulness practice and other coping-skills training.
• Provide home-based training sessions for clients and families alongside in-clinic sessions.
• Conduct MSEs, behavioural observation and case formulation for new and ongoing clients.
• Work alongside the primary treating team on treatment planning, family psychoeducation and documentation.
