- Studying job/Project drawing and providing guidance to the Labours and fabricators for fabrication/manufacturing of a job.
- Responsible for the customer requirements in fixed scheduled time as per contracts and thus by cashflow of the company is maintained.
- Working under 5S (Lean management) environment.
- Monitor shop floor activities, ensuring compliance with technical specifications, welding procedures, and safety standards.
- Coordinate with vendors to procure necessary materials and equipment, verifying they meet project requirements as per NPCIL/L&T.
- Supervising the fabrication team to ensure work aligns with design blueprints.
- Monitoring compliance with industry codes (e.g., ASME for pressure vessels) and safety standards.
- Managing Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) when fabricated parts do not meet specifications.
- Implementing Quality Assurance (QA) and Quality Control (QC) protocols, including material strength testing and weld inspections
Quality Control Engineer - Almonard Ltd - Vadodara (Gujarat)

Responsible for the control of various quality parameters as per ISI Specifications for the well-known branded 18", 24" & 30" fans, 9" & 12" Exhaust fans, 16" table fans & man cooler.
- Control Quality parameters like brg.fit dia on rotating shafts, rotating Speed of fans, Aluminium blade angles and static as well as dynamic balancing of blades for noiseless operations.
- Having knowledge of safety aspects and instruments.
- Responsible to maintain the different types of lathes of industrial plant make and Kirloskar make.
- Also responsible for the smooth running operation of sumangal make automats and Tata make radial drilling machines.
- Quality parameter checking for the C.I. base used in all pedestal fans.
- Maintaining the quality of blades made from CRC sheets.
- Checking the in house producing parts those are manufactured on different fly presses and OBI presses.
- Also making the records for the quality parameters of the different in coming parts as per the ISO 9001:2000 standard.
