• Responsible for monthly MIS of consolidated Dispatch, Receipt, utilization reports.
• Responsible for percentage wise Fillrate report on daily basis related to Dispatch.
• Responsible for (Aging Report) slow moving & nonmoving inventory data.
• Responsible for making reports for all old & damaged materials.
• Dispatch / Receipt as per service level agreement.
• To process the bills of all vendors in time and keep record of bills receipt and clearance.
• The bills and PODs should be submitted to finance in 7 days from the date of receipt.
• Documentation - Filling of documents.
• Effective Space Utilization.
• Housekeeping.
• Implementation of SOP.
• The receipt process is followed by SOP.
• Issue process is followed as per SOP.
• Other processes are followed by SOP.
• Access Control Process Adherence.
• To ensure processes are being followed and no major audit observation is made during internal / external audits.
• Reduction in Secondary Freight.
• Reduction in Operational Cost.
• Closure of Internal / External customers requirement/queries within 48 working hrs and update complaint register.
