Throughout my career, I have been in 5-star hotels, Multinational QSR joints, and in MNCs where I used to handle corporate food & facility departments also managed a super specialty mega central kitchen.
Primarily customers and the client-facing role and providing hospitality & facility-related solutions, handling exigencies, site mobilization while working hand in hand with the team leaders and managing the vendors with MIS n P&L accountability.
Plus, I have add on skills & experience in FM & Admin, had managed large complex facility, details attached
And imparting the training to the team was always an integral part of the roles for all the time
I have gone through the Train The Trainer program two times while I was in Pizza hut and Sodexo and I am also a Certified Mentor from Dheya Universe plus had played as a visiting lecturer in honorary position in few prestigious institutions
Besides I am well versed in Business enabling and having vast HoReCa & Corporate networks, exposure in Business Development with C Suite level deals
I have done my MBA ( Retail FMCG )from I. K. Gujral Punjab Technical University, having a degree in commerce and professional courses in Hospitality and Facility Management. I am also a FOSTAC ( FSSAI ) certified professional
