The NextGen healthcare application, built on the Pega platform, manages Grievances and Appeals from multiple external sources and manual entries within Pega. It integrates with external systems using REST services (JSON). An agent processes incoming requests and directs them through a designated workflow, including capturing and classifying requests, primarily into types such as Appeal, Grievance, and Inquiry.

If identified as duplicate, users can resolve the request. The review process involves decision-making, generating decision letters, and resolving the Request.

• Designed and configured workflows to capture, classify, and manage requests as per business requirements. 
• Participated in Scrum Meetings and Grooming Sessions: Actively engaged in Scrum calls and grooming sessions, effectively raised issues in forums, contributing to business improvements. 
•  Developed and Configured Various Pega Components: Worked with Activities, Data Transforms, Data Pages, Agents, Sections, Paragraphs, and Connector Rules.
