- Handling the mall Operations (Security, Housekeeping, Parking) and Provides the Adequate Services to the Malls Retailers
- Conceptualize Mall Events Like Education Expo, BTL& ATL Activities To Increase The Footfall of the Mall
- Planning For special schemes for the customers like introducing gift cards for the customers to get discounts and which will increase the sales of retailers in the mall
- Selling Advertising Space To Inside Retailers as well as outside Agencies and Generate revenue from them
- Keeping in mind the brand preposition preparing media plans for any Big campaign
- PR Management to build awareness and positive perception about the mall with the help of media and print agencies
- Looking After The Leasing Of Kiosks in the Mall and Generate Revenue Accordingly
- Review walking area for Possible hazards due to spills, debris etc for risk Management
- Create Methods of Tracking Request and Feedback to improve Services Offered
