Punch project commissioning related to the preparation and execution of the pre-commissioning, Vendor and subcontractors.

• Documents preparation Lifting plan, Method statement of all the equipment’s Rotating, static and Package.
• MR Preparation (Material requisition ) and Feed experience
• Equipment rotating & static (Steam turbine, Gas turbine, Steam boiler, Heat Exchanger Column, Vessel, Reactor, compressor, air cooler, fired heater/incinerator and pump erection, install commissioning and maintenances.)
• Preparation for equipment installation, Erection, punch, pre- commissioning and commissioning and maintenance of major Equipment Gas Turbine, Steam Turbine, Compressor, Pump, package Columns, Pressure Vessels, Heat exchangerAir Cooler, WHRU, Fire Heater Incinerator, Flare & flare package, water treatment, chemical package raw water package, pressure package, Lift Gas heater, Domestic waste water treatment, cooling tower and storage tank.
• Familiar with MR Preparation (Material requisition ) for the project bidding and also familiar with code and standard for construction and engineering point of view API 617 , API 672 Axial, Integrally Geared and Centrifugal compressors API 618, API 619 Reciprocating and Rotary Compressors, API 611, API 612, API 616 General, Special Purpose & Gas Turbines API 614, API 692 Lubrication, Shaft Sealing and Dry Gas Sealing Systems API 670 Machinery Protection Systems API 610 , API 674, API 676 Pumps API 613, API 677 General and Special Purpose Gear Units API 671 Special purpose couplings ASME PTC-10 Performance Acceptance Testing ASNT SNT-TC-1A Personnel Qualifications and Certifications of Non-destructive Testing API 686 and NFPA20 Fire water pump
• Leading a team of Engineers, Jr. Engineers, Supervisor and Foremen who were involved in Fabrication and Erection/Installation Structure, Piping, Equipment and Alignment, Final Box-Up, Final Visual Inspection activities of Equipment.
• Repair, troubleshooting and replace parts for the following equipment: Steam turbine, gas Turbine, valve operating mechanisms and turbines, pumps, and auxiliary oil & gas, petrochemical refinery and power plant equipment team plant efficiencies.
• Fabrication, erection, modification, of small and big bore pipes. Preparing as built drawing.
• Fabricating of piping spool as per isometric drawing
• Hand experience of Gas lift well, Dilution well, Manifolds Tien 
• Hot Tie-in and cold Tie-in experience 
• Defines commissioning work packages and prepare the relevant procedures with the assistance of discipline engineers
• System line up Instruction, supervision & witness Mechanical running test Instruction, witness.
• Develop winning construction strategies by understanding of the competitive environment and successful working with customers, suppliers, and contractors Provide strategies for construction sequencing/ heavy lift activities
• Manage professional Relation with all the stake holder like PM/ PEM/ PMC / Regularity Authority
