Responsibilities:

• Operate in a hybrid Exchange environment, conducting comprehensive pre- and post-Windows patching health checks to ensure system integrity and performance.
• Assisting the team in installing Cumulative Updates (CU) on the Exchange Server.
• Provide end-user support for calendar issues, Outlook client troubleshooting, OWA access, and mobile device configurations, contributing to efficient resolution of messaging-related service requests.
• Worked on escalated incidents and helped users to solve the query, where I have received multiple appreciations from end users.
• Handling a team of 5 engineers and supporting them.
• Contributing to a project migrating App SMTP email traffic from the legacy server to Mail Protection Service (MPS), improving email security, reliability.
• Handling Email Deletion requests for internal and external users. 
• Working on DMARC service to align the authentication standard and educate the application owner to get it align with security standards. 
• Effective collaboration with escalation team; escalating cases as per internal procedures.
• Collaborate on cross-team and cross product technical issues by working with resources from other groups as needed to resolve customer issues.
