A seasoned CTO / Executive IT leader with over 3 decades of experience in the FinTech industry from banking to microfinance, directly responsible and accountable for augmenting brick and mortar financial institutions as digital leaders through people, product and process transformation. Having a consistent track record of delivering transformation programs to many financial institutions (MFI, NBFC, Private Sector Bank, Public Sector Bank, Small Finance Bank). In my present role at Maximal Finance & Investments Limited, I have led & shaped the technology strategy & vision for Maximal.
Driven and implemented cutting-edge technologies, collaborated with cross-functional teams to deliver business results. In my previous role at Asirvad Microfinance Limited, I was instrumental in bringing fundamental capabilities to the IT organization, including enterprise mobility, compliance and process automation. Prior to Asirvad, I had the privilege of being the go-to person in building the bank's (Equitas Small Finance Bank) application IT infrastructure.
We put together a whole bank from scratch with all the relevant systems - from core, to CRM to the digital platform - in no time, enabling the business teams to go after their executive objectives. Headed the Technology merger of 2 banks (merger of Bharat overseas bank limited to Indian overseas bank), migration from Branch Automation Software to core banking software (Bharat Overseas Bank Limited). Hands on experience in setting up and managing complete technology landscape for Microfinance & NBFC (Equitas).
At a personal level, I believe in getting the job done, working closely with vendors, treating them as partners so that we innovate and collaborate to the best of our abilities and make every project a roaring success.
