Over the past 9 years I have been handling various responsibilities as a Personnel specifically hands on the End-to-End recruitment process, Screening and selection process, Induction and
Onboarding process, Appraisal process, Promotion and Transfer process, Exit formalities and
Settlement process, Grievance handling and Employee Engagement and so on.
My Career is built with a strong base, started as Executive and promoted as Senior Executive and has been moved as Assistant Manager and Junior Manager, Personnel. This short span is filled with challenges, learning and development and some achievements also.

HRMIS, Communication apps and tools, MS-office, Job portals and search engines, etc. in an expert level. Additionally having some basic exposer on computer hardware and networking,
general financial and accounting process also paves the way for my growth and development.
