• Responsible for Forex operations like TT and DD Import bill collections, Handling Swift messages.
• Continuous monitoring of intra-day transactions ensuring pending job at end of day is recorded for prompt disposal through control sheets, follow-up
• Releasing SWIFT Payments as well as manual SWIFT payment and releasing payments comes under OFAC (Office of Foreign Asset controls according to U.S Laws
• Booking Cash/Tom/Spot deals for all inward/outward transactions through desk anddealing room.
• Responding to Mail / other departments without any time delay and meeting the Cut-off times without any misses
• Processing / monitoring the transactions end to end
• Analyzing and reporting the business drivers/ Key Performance Indicators
• Training to branch employees on products and changes in Trade and Forex liaisonwith RBI Guidelines.
