Ananya Sankar

My name is Ananya C, and I am currently in my fourth year of Fashion and Lifestyle Accessory Design at the National Institute of Fashion Technology (NIFT), Bhubaneswar, Odisha. As an aspiring jewellery designer, I am passionate about blending creativity with craftsmanship to create designs that are both aesthetically compelling and commercially relevant.

I am presently completing my Graduation Project through a four-month internship at Bombay Jewellery Private Limited, Mumbai. I had previously interned with the same organization during a two-month summer internship, where I gained hands-on experience in the jewellery design process, industry standards, gemstone detailing, and professional production workflows. These experiences strengthened my understanding of translating concepts into market-ready collections.

In addition to my academic training, I have completed the Ultimate AI Jewellery Design course from Udemy, which enhanced my ability to integrate technology into creative design development. I have also worked as a freelance jewellery designer for the brand Zauv, where I adapted to client briefs and real-world design requirements while maintaining originality and precision.

I will be graduating in June and am actively seeking a full-time opportunity as a jewellery designer. I am eager to contribute my creativity, technical skills, and dedication to a dynamic organization while continuing to learn and grow within the industry.
