• Preparing Bill of Quantities and Job cost report.
• Preparing Daily progress report.
• Monitoring and Preparing Labour Productivity.
• Preparing Reconciliation Statement.
• Preparing Three Month rolling, Monthly, Three week rolling and Weekly Program for Project and monitoring the same.
• Labour bill reconciliation and checking.
• Take additional responsibilities in site activities and expedite the activities to meet the project schedule.
• Coordinating with site in-charge and take theircomments related to progress and work on it for effective way to do the activities.
• In case of backlog preparing Catch-upProgram to achieve the target.
• Raising RFI and Submit the same to billing team after closed.
• Preparing the Labour bill.
• Inspecting site on daily basis and ensure that all the activities are moving as per the schedule.
