• Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle including sourcing, screening, shortlisting, submission, interview coordination, offer rollout, and onboarding support
• Support hiring for Kelly Professional & Industrial (P&I) clients across light industrial, IT, and non-IT roles, handling multiple requisitions simultaneously
• Work extensively in MSP/VMS environments using tools such as Fieldglass, Beeline, Coupa, Allegis and Talient for requisition management and candidate submissions
• Source high-quality candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Monster, and CareerBuilder, ensuring a consistent pipeline of both active and passive talent
• Conduct detailed candidate screening to evaluate technical skills, experience, communication, and alignment with job requirements
• Ensure compliance by validating US work authorization types (USC, GC, H1B, OPT, CPT, TN) and employment models (W2, C2C, 1099, Contract-to-Hire)
• Submit qualified candidates within defined Turnaround Time (TAT) while maintaining quality and accuracy
• Coordinate interviews between candidates, hiring managers, and onshore recruitment teams across US time zones
• Act as a point of contact for candidates, ensuring regular follow-ups, engagement, and smooth interview process
• Assist in offer rollout, negotiation support, and onboarding coordination, ensuring seamless candidate experience
• Maintain accurate and updated candidate records in Bullhorn ATS, ensuring proper documentation and tracking
• Monitor and track key recruitment metrics including: Time to Fill (TAT) Candidate Hold Status (CHS) Submission-to-Interview Ratio Interview-to-Offer Ratio
• Collaborate closely with account managers and onshore stakeholders to align hiring strategies and meet client expectations
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for industries such as Manufacturing, Healthcare, BFSI, and IT, supporting high-volume hiring needs
