My work as a technical writer as per my current and previous experiences involves:

• Studying SRS and updating User Guides, Quick Starts, Feature Guides, Help Files and API documents with desired implications.
• Communicating with developers and testing team for configuration flow
• Preparing Release notes and FAQs.
• Creating video documents to assist any client related issues.
