• Conducting the initial screening interviews over the phone (verifying the candidates notice period, migration plan. plan for gaiting professional qualifications, salary expectation, reason for resignation etc)
• Maintaining an internal database for each position
• Scheduling & conducting interviews with technical leads
• Collecting CV’s though LinkedIn headhunting & employee referrals whenever required.
• Maintaining professional relationships with candidates.
• Update and maintain interview evaluation forms
• Participating, interviewing and coordinating career fairs at universities representing the company
• Handling JIRA
• Completing termination paperwork and assisting with exist interviews
• Preparing letters such as employment confirmation letters, resignation acceptance letters, service letters & other required letters
• Organizing engagement activities
