Developed an android application using Kotlin for courier partners to facilitate the pickup and delivery of 1000-1500 e-commerce shipments daily, streamlining the process from sellers to customers.
Executed a quick commerce model by integrating mobile location data into RESTful APIs to assign shipments to the nearest partner to make average order time as 3-5 hours.
Incorporated Android's Service component to receive and display Firebase notifications upon order assignment, ensuring delivery within 30 minutes.
Developed and launched a MVVM architecture application that improved order assignment speed, enabling courier partners to complete over 1000 daily deliveries; directly contributed to a smoother logistics process for customers.
