• Responsible for First and Second row Seat Design, Development, Release and Launch Activities that meet all the demands in regards to vehicle environment, customer derived specifications, cost and weight.
• Analyzing and resolving the issues related to technical feasibility, packaging with respecting the environment and manufacturing feasibility.
• Making sure that the Development of the final product is done with coordination of Complete Seat, plastic, seat structure, seat trim and styling teams
• Demonstrated knowledge of FMVSS and ECE Seating Regulations in multiple projects.
• Responsible to utilize the product engineering processes such as DFMEA and technical Documents-DVP&R.
• Created and updated Engineering Bill of Materials (EBOM) for the Business’ won.
• Hands on experience on Daimler 3D-Master methodology. Planned and trained multiple engineers working on Daimler projects for the same.

• Conducting high quality deep dive design reviews with other commodities to ensure all the executions are technically correct and aligned with BOM strategies.
• Lead best practice integration of the Seating Components to BIW, Pillars and other interfaces.
• Contributing to the planning and development of projects as well as supporting its coordination across the DVP&R stages.
• Ensured PDT timing template is thorough, accurate and cross functionally integrated.
