Experience with Archival solutions, Extended ECM for SAP and Oracle would be a bonus.
- Proven expertise in Web Development technologies (HTML, JavaScript).
- Proven capabilities to foster object-oriented programming (Java) and Relational Databases (Oracle / SQL Server).
- Demonstrated cross-functional expertise and the ability to thrive in a highly complex environment.
- Exceptional written and oral communication skills, including effective questioning, listening, presentation skills. Possess superior analytical, quantitative and conceptual thinking skills.

Experience
I have successfully architected, participated in all phases of the Solution/product development cycle: from requirements/product definition and design, through development, implementation, debugging, testing and support. Worked as a senior member of the team on projects involving the development of new features, sustenance, and handling customer escalations. Constructed detailed design specifications (technical or business) based on customer requirements.
Participated or assist in providing architectural design to meet project needs. Adhered to architectural guidelines / standards and delivery discipline processes.
