Job responsibilities
- Daily audit of various cell on regular basis for 5s.
- Calibration of instruments & gauges as per due date.
- Product inspection at supplier end, inprocess inspection & finish good part inspection before dispatch & preparing inspection report.
- Maintain records of inspection, testing, information & various metric such as
- Number of defective product per day/ per batch/per supplier etc.
- Resolve quality related issues in a timely manner by taking containment action.
- Check supplier CMM, PDIR, casting and machining reports.
- Ensuring all measurement equipment is maintained and calibrated in accordance.
- With the company’s internal procedures.
- Raise and maintain records of NC (non-confarmance) reports.
- Maintained records of operators training documentation.
