Deputy Manager – Programme at The Hans Foundation (2021-09 – Present)

State-level program leader managing multi-district public health and systems-strengthening interventions across Jharkhand, implemented through Self Implementation, PPP, and CSR models. Leading integrated service delivery across Primary Health Centers, Dialysis units, and Mobile Medical Units, with a focus on non-communicable diseases (diabetes, hypertension), cancer screening (cervical and breast), and last-mile healthcare access in tribal and remote geographies.

District Project Manager at Women Development Corporation, Bihar (2009-03 – 2021-03)

Managed entire operations of the corporation, implementation, managing internal and external stakeholders, team building, monitoring the project progress and representing corporation at district level. Led district-wide implementation of flagship programs on women empowerment, adolescent development, nutrition, gender equity, and community mobilization.

• Initiated, managed and ensured empanelment of potential Project Implementing Agencies (PIA) for Skill Development Training program for women and adolescent girls as per the norms across Bihar
• Federated and strengthened 5 Self Help Promoting Institution (SHPI / Federation) providing livelihood opportunities, financial inclusions and addressing social issues towards the betterment of approximately 12000 families
• Played a crucial role in establishing 'Sakhi' One Stop Centre, recruiting project staff, formation and participation of task force/management committee at the district as per the GOI guidelines and established linkages with district administration, hospitals, police, DLSA
• Successfully managed the Government of Bihar scheme 'Mukhyamantri Kanya Suraksha Yojana' across the state from 2009-2012, 19 lakh beneficiaries were benefited against the annual target of 5 lakh
• Managed the implementation of SWASTH project with government departments (Health, PHED, RDD & SWD). Successfully completed 20 PLA (participatory learning and action) meeting cycles on health, hygiene, nutrition and WASH across 84000 SHGs
• Managed and coordinated the WDC MIS cell at the state office, the same reporting formats are used for capturing data and reporting of the projects
• Conceptualizing and designing the annual reports for the organization for three years consecutively

Project Coordinator (UNICEF supported project) at Women Development Corporation, Bihar (2007-11 – 2009-02)

Managed and lead an integrated team on Behavioural Change Communication addressing Breastfeeding, Immunization, Girl child education, Hand Washing and Sanitation across 19 districts of Bihar.

• Managed various partnerships with grass root NGOs and government departments and also organized training of adolescent's girls, lactating mothers and identified master trainers

Project Manager (Pathfinder International supported project) at Integrated Development Foundation, Patna (2006-10 – 2007-10)

Lead and managed the Prachar Project on maternal and child health.

• Managed district lead operations of strengthening civil societies, panchayanti raj representatives, dialogues within members of family on reproductive and maternal & child health
• Established coordination and communication mechanism from front line health worker to district level health functionaries to insure proper services and sustained availability and accessibility of both clinical and non clinical methods of contraceptives

Project Coordinator (Women Development Corporation, Bihar supported project) at Integrated Development Foundation, Patna (2005-07 – 2006-09)

Manage the team in formation and handholding support to community based organization at Village, Panchayat and Block levels to emerge as sustainable Self Help Institutions.

• Community mobilization and formation of 200 women self help groups and 2 block level federations
• Imparted training to the SHG leaders and the animators on SHG leadership and book keeping
