I run marketplace operations end to end, covering listings, inventory, pricing, and fulfillment, across 10+ platforms, with roughly Rs. 57 Lakhs in combined revenue managed between two ventures.

I also build the tools my own operations needed: 3 web applications, now live in production, that I use daily to run inventory, generate listings, and manage YouTube content. I see myself as an operator first, with enough product and AI-tooling skill to build what an operation actually needs.
