I, Aniruddha Das, adopted Rural Development as a profession and have been working for the last 11 years in the Central India Tribal Belt (Madhya Pradesh, Jharkhand & Odisha) and West Bengal, on livelihood security to bring positive changes in the life of underprivileged rural masses.
Presently I am working with Dilip Buildcon Ltd. as Deputy Manager-CSR at Pachhwara Central Coal Block, Amrapara, Pakur, Jharkhand. As a professional in rural development & management, I worked 4 years with grass root level NGOs and further 6 years with the Rural Development Department- The government of Jharkhand in several projects/programs (DAY NRLM, NRETP, MKSP, JOHAR, JIAGY & OMM) on Sustainable Integrated Farming System, Livestock Management (Vaccination, Habitat and Feed Management), NTFP, Farmers Producer Company Promotion and Non-Farm Activities.
I have sound knowledge of all aspects of project planning, budgeting, execution, monitoring, and evaluation to achieve measurable impact as well as skills in participatory need assessment, team management, analytical report writing, preparation of RFP, EoI, tender documents, and liaison with government line department for convergence.

Worked with 1,500 marginal farmers on weather forecasting and agro-advisory services during this period, utilizing an automated weather station and the support of the Meteorological Department via SMS.
