I'm currently pursuing my Doctoral research under the mentorship of Dr.
Sarkar at CSIR - National Chemical Laboratory, India. My work focuses on elucidating the impact of microgravity on immune cell behaviour by integrating fluid dynamics simulations, network-based systems biology, and mathematical modelling through differential equations.
🔬 Research Focus & Technical Expertise
✔️ Computational Immunology – Modelling immune cell adaptation under biophysical stressors such as altered gravity
✔️ Systems Biology & Network Analysis – Leveraging TRRUST, REACTOME, and STRING to map and analyse protein interaction networks
✔️ Particle- and Fluid-Based Simulations – Developing DPD-based models to explore fluid–cell and solid–fluid interactions
✔️ Data Analysis & Statistical Modelling – Applying R and Python for omics data interpretation and functional annotation
My research aims to bridge physics-driven simulations with biological interpretation, offering a multiscale perspective on how gravity influences immune regulation. I am particularly interested in simulating complex cellular environments using Python-based particle interaction frameworks.
I welcome discussions and collaborations in computational biology, biophysical modelling, and systems immunology. Let’s connect!
