- Attend daily morning Y&T (Yesterday and Today) meeting to discuss yesterday's work progress and today's schedule as per client requirements.
- Commit to identifying hazards and following company rules, including LMRA, LSR, and Qatar Energy LSR.
- Conduct toolbox talks before starting work and ensure good housekeeping practices.
- Regularly inspect the plant and worksite for normal and abnormal activities.
- Perform PM and troubleshooting of all types of pumps. Supervise maintenance and overhauls of centrifugal pumps, screw pumps, submersible pumps, and reciprocating compressors.
- Use Dial gauge and SKF laser alignment kit to align pump after troubleshooting.
- After test run, use vibration meter to ensure all vibration readings are within limits and record properly.
- Conduct PM and troubleshooting of static equipment, including various types of valves such as butterfly valve, gate valve, sluice valve, ball valve, NRV, and ARV.
- Conducting PM and CM on Centrifuge decanter, Belt press, and odor control unit. As per PM schedule replace oil gear box and replace filter. (Every 6 months)
- Conduct vibration data analysis and root cause analysis for equipment failures.
- Perform on-site repairs and maintenance of failed equipment.
- Maintain EOT cranes and other lifting equipment, and support third-party inspections as needed. (like visual inspection/load test as a pre-schedule)
- Perform plumbing jobs on pipelines made of PVC and UPVC.
- Inspect the diesel engine oil and coolant daily and replace them according to the PM schedule (yearly or every 600 hours).
- Inspect and replace oil in the clarifier mechanism gear and blower gear according to the PM schedule. (Every 4 months)
- Support monthly fire pump performance tests with the fire operation team.
