I am PGDBA HR and I have more than 23 years of widespread experience including Social Development Work/NGO Sector, Sales Support Functions(Corporate Sector), Operations Management , Human Resource Management & General Administration. Having successfully dealt with challenges put forth in both private and public setup, I am equipped to efficiently dispense with any duties so assigned to me. Furthermore, I want to gain an even more meaningful employment whereby I can not only grow as a professional but also as an individual.

Presently working as Consultant/Centre Head (Healthcare Vertical) at Pratham Education Foundation, Lucknow Manage the Healthcare Centre at Lucknow wherein General Duty Assistant Training and placements thereafter are provisioned to the aspirant beneficiaries. Apart from that events and other programs related to Education and welfare of the vulnerable and poor are organised and managed.

CAP Foundation,Lucknow as a monitored the implemented Aajeevika/ SGSY project under MoRD in Lucknow (June 2013 to March 2015) approx2 years  Project Officer(Implementation) in Mission Convergence/SSS, Govt. of NCT of Delhi, for the Govt of India Scheme, Swarna Jayanti Shahri Rozgar Yojana(SJSRY) across Delhi for approx 2 years  Manager (Sales Support) with one of the largest USA based Telecom Company ,Verizon Business (VCPIL) in New Delhi for 14 years.  Officer (HR & Admn.)-:Usha(India) Ltd.,Faridabad for 4years  Current /last salary drawn is 6lakhs/annum and expected compensation is 8lakhs /annum.
