• Trained in refrigerator testing systems within the Performance (Cycle) team and prepared technical reports for all tests conducted, including energy consumption calculation using the COLAP application.
• Executed validation testing in compliance with BIS standards, encompassing charge determination, pull-down testing, cycle testing (NN, CC, WW), energy performance evaluation, HVS/LVS testing, OLP/non-OLP operation, high ambient load testing (HALT), and ambient variation testing.
• Built machine prototypes and conducted Prototype Testing (PT) and Design Validation (DV) testing — including energy performance testing and other functional tests — in accordance with LG internal standards and Indian (BIS) energy rating norms, prior to mass production.
• Led New Product Introduction (NPI) for DC single door refrigerator models — VD4L, ORION 5L, ORION CK, and Super CK — overseeing all project activities from initiation through Pre-MP (pre-mass production) stage.
• Reviewed Production Development Requests (PDRs) and issued new part numbers for engineering drawings.
• Designed and optimized a refrigerator rear plate using CAD tools, enhancing structural strength and reducing bulging deformation.
• Implemented design modifications based on testing feedback to improve product performance, manufacturability, and reliability.
• Raised an Engineering Change Note (ECN) for a GSM color changeover from blue to black tint.
• Raised a BOM Change Note (BCN) to update the bill of materials in alignment with approved design changes.
