• Working in transmission assembly shop & 6 series rear axle assembly production planning
• Operational knowledge of transmission assembly shop
• Managing transmission assembly and rework operations and report to manager
• Exposer to handling control and monitoring of manpower involved in assembly and testing process
• Ability of achieving the target of production plan
• Analyzing various processes and recommending process modifications to enhance operational efficiency with developing the system to improve product quality and reduction in customer complaints
• To respond quickly to any customer related issues to ensure resolution within the time limits to the satisfaction of the customer and the company
• Monitoring quality issues in processes and parts, identifying them and taking corrective actions in co-ordination with concerned department
• Responsible for Subordinate staff, workman's appraisal, their versatility improvement and training for their development
• Responsible for product quality by introducing quality systems like quality gate, trainings, and quality awareness programs for team members
• Responsible for resource planning for smooth production running in all shifts on weekly basis

• Knowledge of Transmission testing to detect different type noise (tapped noise hunting noise, acceleration and RPM fluctuation, rubbing noise axle noise and break noise)
