Bohra Rubber Pvt. Ltd. is a 100 year old company manufacturing high-end extruded rubber products and specially assembled components. The company has an ISO/TS 16949:2009 certified manufacturing facility.

• Daily production planning and control as per monthly customer schedule.
• Applying 4M change management, Abnormal handling rule, on daily basis in shop floor.
• Prepares Product and process reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends like OEE, Productivity, Rejection trends.
• Knowledge of SPC,SOP preparation, 7QC Tools.
• Handling Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) related with production concerns.
• Maintains product and process data base by writing computer programs, entering data.
• Developing new system and process for the introduction of new products of or improvement of existing ones.
• Training to new operators based on their skills & monitoring 5s and kaizen activities.
• Implementing the Environment Management System to improve the condition and surrounding environment of Organization.
• 1 Team member of Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) activities and improve overall productivity by Minimizing machine breakdown.
• Reduce scrap level.
• Total involvement in the production to achieve good yields
