As a Business Analyst at Akhil Systems Pvt. Ltd. from March 2019 to February 2025 in New Delhi, India, I played a key role in conceptualizing and implementing digital solutions to create smart hospitals. Acting as a liaison between technical teams and business units, I translated customer requirements into application and operational solutions while collaborating with UX and engineering teams to develop working models and proof of concepts (POCs).
My responsibilities included preparing critical documentation such as SRS, BRD, FRD, and Use Cases, as well as analyzing NABH compliance requirements for HIS applications. I also managed channel partnerships, facilitated NDA signings, and ensured timely integration of third-party solutions. Additionally, I conducted quality analysis and functional testing of HMIS products, including HIS, LIMS, EMR, and mobile applications.
I played a pivotal role in client engagement by gathering feedback, identifying areas for improvement, and coordinating presales activities. Furthermore, I contributed to business development by creating collaterals, responding to national and international tenders, and supporting marketing initiatives through publications and article submissions. My role also involved training new recruits on HMIS products and providing valuable insights during business meetings to address client queries effectively.
