Professional, enthusiast, punctual, dedicated an Advocate with three years of experience in handling civil matters with criminal matters. An advocate with over three years of experience in litigation under various Indian Law and Acts such as the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, Civil Procedure Code, Contract Act,DRT, Constitution, Labor law, Personal Law, Criminal Laws. Have obtained AIBE Certification.
Presently working as a Legal Associate (Arbitration team). For such a profile, I am responsible for drafting the legal notice, replies to notices, claim petition i.e. SOC, SOD, Rejoinder, Replication, Applications, Section 11, 8 and 9, section 29A conducting extensive research work, breafing and assisting seniors.
Has experience in other civil and criminal matters. In earlier firms I have also drafted Writ Petitions, Maintenance petition, Legal notices, furloughs, parole and others. Appeared before High Court, District Courts and other foras through physical as well as virtual modes.
