About

Revenue Assurance leader credited with USD 100M+ in cumulative revenue leakage prevented and recovered across telecom and mobile financial services operators in Africa, the Middle East, SE Asia, Latin America and India. Builds and owns end-to-end revenue assurance frameworks covering the complete revenue process from transaction origination through to cash receipt — mediation, rating, billing, invoicing, collections and revenue-to-GL reconciliation. Designs system controls, automation and reconciliation procedures for revenue leakage detection and prevention with embedded fraud triggers; defines and tracks revenue efficiency, accuracy and recovery KPIs for CFO, audit committee and board reporting.

Partners with Finance, IT, Billing and Operations to align financial and operational data, and with internal audit to strengthen internal financial controls over all income channels.
