My last experience was as a Customer Support Executive in the Swiggy Food Process (BPO). I worked there for around 6 months. My role was to assist customers with their food orders, such as order delays, cancellations, refunds, wrong or missing items, and payment-related issues.
I communicated with customers professionally, understood their concerns, and provided the best possible resolution while following company policies. This experience helped me improve my communication skills, problem-solving ability, patience, and customer handling skills. I also learned how to work under pressure and achieve performance targets while maintaining customer satisfaction.
