Worked closely with tribal women of one of the least developed areas in the country also known as Kalapani; Kotra (23rd least developed area in the country) to form women collectives and introduce them to Savings habits.
- Supported 400 Women Self-Help Groups at the block level in capacity building of the SHG members through Leader's training, Accountants training and SHG campaigns.
- Conducted trainings and Focus Group Discussions on Menstrual hygiene management among tribal women and facilitated Financial and digital literacy campaigns on the ground and Implementation of SHG Software.

The SBI Youth for India Fellowship is a flagship Program launched in 2011, providing a yearlong experience to the fellows to work on rural development projects. Successfully completed a pilot project with Partner NGO, Seva Mandir (Kotra, Udaipur- Rajasthan) titled 'Strengthening Self Help Groups and Building women entrepreneurs at the bottom of the pyramid'.
