- Processing payroll, calculating salaries and facilitating the submission of salary registers to the accounts department.
- Conducting initial round interviews, assessing employee accuracy, and managing the recruitment and selection process according to management requirements.

- Generating PF & ESIC numbers for new joiners and preparing monthly challans.
- Addressing queries from labor and office staff and facilitating KYC processes at the EPFO site.
- Handling PF withdrawal (Form-19, 10c & 10D), advance (Form-31), and PF transfer (Form13) processes.
- Managing joint declarations of employees and resolving KYC issues with proper documentation.
- Facilitating TIC processes and arranging proper dispensary arrangements as per employees' requirements.
- Managing the full and final settlement process of employees and addressing compliance issues.
- Resolving employee queries and compliance issues, including KYC concerns.
- Managing joining formalities to new joiner, ensuring proper audit and documentation processes.
- Conducting audits of joining kits for various positions.
- Facilitating the final audit and generating appointment letters upon clearance of all documents.
- Generating employee codes and processing ID card generation after receiving appointment acceptance from employees.
- Filing all HR documents appropriately.
