I have 11 years of experience as Desktop support Engineer at my preceding companies. I consummated 3 years of diploma in computer hardware and maintenance engineering. After my graduation, I worked at HCL as NIG engineer for 1 year.

There I mainly handled computer hardware troubleshooting and software support for the client. Later i worked at computer sales and service shop, essentiaty my wor there is to assembling and troubleshooting computers , printers and other peripherals. After that I joined in Wipro via franchise of prodent technology as desktop L1 Engineer and i worked there for one and half years .There i handled hardware and software support for computers and printers like laser and dot matrix ,also support for LAN network.

Then I joined Wipro again via franchise of Skypro Technology. I worked Skypro Technology for three years and seven months. After that I joined again in the same position as desktop support engineer via franchise of renovision automation services pvt.Ltd. and I worked there for three years.

Currently I am working at Karvy Innotech as L1 network engineer.At karvy i am responsible for OS support and troubleshooting of computer,printer and other network devices like modem ,switch, router ,etc
