• Coordinate work force management like preparing duty rooster, assigning staff based on requirement and arranging OT staff required for emergencies.
• Smooth running of Operation theatre by timely booking and allocating of OT slots by coordinating with doctors, arranging necessary staff and devices for surgery. Also ensuring other requirements are present like consent, FCC etc. for surgery.
